  1. Formulaic “e-democracy” argument. This doesn’t address of any of the standard problems of mass politics – setting the agenda, effort/impact ratio, cost of organization, etc.

  2. The Canadian Senate is available NOW to test demarchy in action. We do not require any legislative change, just a Prime Minister (PM) who is willing to adopt this new system.
